What I am trying to say is that, if a person combines his or her communication and computer skills, he or she can easily attain his or her targets. All in all, it is certain that communication provides a link between individuals, people may have new friends by using their communication skills, and if the computer using ability and communication skill combine, people can be successful quickly.
They thus have hand-to-mouth existence at such times.
The nature of poverty has undergone considerable change over the years.
Thus, such persons must be defined as poor, no matter whether society recognizes their poverty or not.
Most poor people are either engaged in low-paying jobs or are without jobs. Moreover, the commodities they purchase from nearby grocery shop are often of low quality, adulterated and stale devoid of any nutritive value.
People who do not have technical education today have less and less opportunities in the job market.
I chose the topic why people take drugs because I find drug use a most serious problem of our society nowadays. Behind all our actions are some reasons and I will try to describe and divide those most serious which make people take drugs. That is to say, if you have strong communication ability, you can easily affect a dissident person and other people show respect for your opinions. This means you have a voice in community, so you can improve sociability and you can use all environments to reach success. It is a well-known fact by everybody that individuals will most likely pursue a career in a field they find interesting and they will try every way to achieve something.Nowadays, some may hold the opinion that people should have many special skills to reach the success, but others have a negative attitude.According to UNDP report (1996), 39 per cent of the rural population was living below the poverty line or earning less than Rs 2,444 per person per year. This figure might have changed a bit due to the implementation of many rural development and Garibi Hatao (poverty eradication) programmes but still most of the village India is suffering the consequences of poverty. As far as I am concerned, I hold the idea that if people have two important skills which are communication and using computer ability, they can easily succeed since communication is a bridge between people and provides people to make new friends, and when the communication skill is combined with using computer ability, we can reach our targets quickly. To begin with, I agree with the statement that communication plays a role as a link between individuals without reservation since people exchange their thoughts, knowledge and they understand other people’s needs or opinions.Who the poor are today is quite different from those called poor in an earlier period. In the 19th century and even more than half of the 20th century, people living in villages (in India about 70 per cent of the population lives in villages) depended directly or indirectly mostly on agriculture (as landless labour or small farmers) for their livelihood, having a very small mud thatched hut, were regarded as poor.
